The sizes listed are tablecloth sizes, not table sizes. A "standard" dining drop is anywhere from 6" to 12" We recommend an 8" drop so long enough to look beautiful but not too long where it is in your lap. Be sure to add the desired drop twice to your table width and twice to the length. For example, on a 56" x 68" table, a 72" x 84" table cloth size will give a 8" drop all the way around.
