Thomas the Train Party Kit Lot ~ 8 Party Invitations, 9 Unused Party Hats, Happy Birthday Banner, Party Game, & Plastic Table Cover Invitations are new in their package. Hats have been taken out of their package and then stored so as much as they are not “new in their package”, they are “new” as they have not ever been used. They show some signs of storage wear, but are still in decent shape. The great thing about these hats is there are 9 of them so there is one for each invitee and one for the birthday child as well. Happy Birthday Banner was used one time by being hung up to decorate with. It does have a clear piece of tape at the top of the middle Thomas picture with only minimal storage wear. Thomas the Train post card that could be used as a thank you note. Party Game is new & includes one poster, 12 stickers, & one paper blindfold (it is like Pin-the-Tail on the Donkey, but instead it is Pin-the-Engine Cap on the Train).
