Please send your artwork in vector format or high res. This allows for the best image resolution. If you do not have this format you can send the file you have. We will notify you if your image is unusable. 3. We will email you a free proof for your approval. We will not start production of your order until you approve the proof. 4. Please check your order for defects immediately upon arrival, as there are absolutely no returns after 30 days from receipt of order unless manufacturer warranty extends beyond that time. In the event that you receive defective or damaged merchandise (defects unrelated to imprint), please contact us and we will work diligently to resolve the issue.
